# Boost Run Secures $525.6M Cloud Deal With Cohere

Boost Run has signed a five-year GPU infrastructure agreement with Cohere, bringing its total contracted revenue to over $2.6 billion.

Boost Run, Inc. announced a five-year cloud services deal with AI firm Cohere Inc. valued at $525.6 million. The agreement pushes the company's total contract value across all its deals past $2.6 billion.

Following the announcement on October 6, 2026, shares of Boost Run rose approximately 10 to 11 percent in pre-market trading.

Under the terms of the deal, Boost Run will provide dedicated GPU cloud computing infrastructure using NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems. The company expects initial infrastructure acceptance to start in early Q2 2027.

The contract includes conditional terms regarding delivery timelines, with specific performance metrics that must be met by July 15, 2027.

Boost Run CEO Andrew Karos stated the deal demonstrates the company's ability to turn financing into ongoing revenue. Boost Run is an NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Partner and builds to NVIDIA Reference Architecture standards.

The company previously expanded its capacity through a lease agreement with 10X Infrastructure Partners, which provides the physical GPU footprint necessary to support multi-year deals of this scale.

Traders are now looking toward the July 15, 2027, delivery milestone to see if Boost Run meets the performance requirements set out in the agreement.
