London-based crypto services firm Blockchain.com is reportedly aiming for a public listing by the end of 2026, seeking to raise $500 million.
Blockchain.com is looking to go public by the end of 2026, according to a report from Bloomberg. The London-based firm, which provides wallet, exchange, lending, and trading services, is reportedly targeting a valuation between $4 billion and $6 billion.
The company has already taken steps toward a public debut, having filed confidentially for an initial public offering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this year. This confidential process allowed the firm to initiate the SEC review without immediately making its financial details public.
The move comes after a relatively quiet period for crypto-related IPOs. While 2025 saw listings from companies like Circle, Gemini, and Bullish, the first half of 2026 was marked by a weaker market that led some firms to pause their plans. Recent months have seen a recovery in asset prices, which may be influencing the timing of the potential listing.
Blockchain.com did not provide a comment when asked about the report. The company is currently in discussions with prospective investors regarding the $500 million raise.
