Boyaa Interactive Increases Bitcoin Holdings to 4,316 BTC

Hong Kong-listed gaming firm Boyaa Interactive has expanded its treasury reserve with an additional 115 Bitcoin, bringing its total holdings to 4,316 BTC.

Boyaa Interactive has added 115 Bitcoin to its corporate balance sheet, continuing a strategy of treasury accumulation that began in late 2023. The company now holds approximately 4,316 Bitcoin, a position that ranks it as the 22nd largest public company holder of the asset according to BitcoinTreasuries.net.

The recent acquisition is part of a broader purchasing trend. Between late June and early September 2026, the firm acquired roughly 205 Bitcoin for approximately HK$110 million, or about $14.3 million. These transactions were funded using idle operational cash rather than through debt issuance or the sale of equity.

The company reports an average acquisition cost of $68,280 per Bitcoin across its total holdings. This figure represents a slight increase from the $68,211 average cost reported at the beginning of 2026, when the firm held approximately 4,092 Bitcoin.

The purchases were classified as discloseable transactions under Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations. The firm, which historically focused on online card and board games in China and Southeast Asia, has adopted a treasury strategy similar to that pioneered by MicroStrategy.

Beyond holding the assets, Boyaa Interactive has utilized a portion of its reserves for its Boyaa Network blockchain project. During the second quarter of 2026, the company staked 1,000 BTC, representing approximately 23% of its total holdings.
