Foxconn Q3 Revenue Surges 47% on AI Infrastructure Demand

Foxconn reported third-quarter revenue of NT$3.03 trillion, beating market estimates as demand for AI server infrastructure continues to drive growth.

Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., widely known as Foxconn, posted third-quarter revenue of NT$3.03 trillion, or approximately US$95.4 billion. This result represents a 47% increase compared to the same period last year and surpassed the market estimate of NT$2.83 trillion.

The company’s growth trajectory accelerated from the second quarter, when it reported a 41% year-on-year revenue increase. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months of 2026 reached a record NT$6.51 trillion, marking a nearly 40% rise over the same period in 2025.

The cloud and networking segment, fueled primarily by AI servers, remains the primary driver of the company's performance. AI server-related products accounted for more than half of total revenue in the second quarter, a trend that continued through the third quarter.

Foxconn, which serves as a manufacturing partner for companies including Apple and Nvidia, delivers complete AI server racks and networking equipment. The firm expects its full-year 2026 AI server rack shipments to more than double, with revenue from 800G+ networking switches also projected to double.

In the second quarter, Foxconn reported a record net profit of NT$60 billion, or approximately US$1.86 billion, which was a 35% increase from the previous year and exceeded analyst expectations of NT$58 billion.

As a major player in the AI supply chain, Foxconn’s financial results serve as an indicator of capital expenditure trends among cloud service providers. Market participants are now watching to see if the company meets its year-end shipment targets and if cloud providers maintain their current levels of infrastructure spending into the next year.
