Mike Cagney’s Navra Raises $19M Series A to Build AI-Native Blockchain Access

Navra has secured $19 million in a Series A funding round led by Ribbit Capital to develop an AI-native platform for blockchain connectivity, with Figure Technology Solutions named as its inaugural partner.

Navra, a Las Vegas-based startup founded by Mike Cagney, has closed a $19 million Series A funding round. The round was led by Ribbit Capital, with participation from Baseline, DCM, Jump Crypto, and Figure Technology Solutions, among other strategic backers.

The platform aims to provide a single AI-native interface for both retail and institutional investors to access various blockchain venues. The company intends to use the new capital to expand its AI infrastructure and develop additional features to attract more users and partners.

Navra is designed to function as a direct interface for retail users while offering the compliance and control features required by institutional clients. The platform also includes a white-label component, allowing financial firms to offer blockchain access under their own branding.

Figure Technology Solutions has been named as Navra’s first blockchain partner. This integration will provide access to Figure’s Democratized Prime yield protocol and the YLDS stablecoin, which is described as the first SEC-registered yielding stablecoin.

The partnership leverages the scale of Figure’s ecosystem, which generates over $2 billion in real-world assets on the blockchain each month. Mike Cagney, who co-founded Figure and SoFi, is leading the development of the platform to address friction points in DeFi, specifically user experience, custody, and enterprise control.

Navra plans a limited rollout for a select group of retail and institutional design partners in late October 2026. This initial phase is intended to refine the platform before a broader public launch, with white-label access expected to follow.
