TRUMP Team Wallets Move $249 Million to Exchanges Over Eight Months
On-chain data reveals that wallets linked to the TRUMP team have transferred 81.87 million tokens to Binance and OKX since early 2026, while retaining a majority stake in the supply.

Wallets associated with the TRUMP token team have moved approximately 81.87 million tokens to centralized exchanges over the past eight months. At the time of these transfers, the moved tokens were valued at roughly $249 million.
Data published on October 3, 2026, indicates that the majority of these tokens were sent to Binance and OKX. The TRUMP token, which operates on the Solana blockchain, launched with a total supply of 1 billion, with 800 million tokens initially allocated to the founding team.
The team has offloaded about 8.2% of the total supply to date. Despite these transfers, the team still maintains control over 718 million tokens, representing 71.8% of the total supply. At current market prices, this remaining position is estimated to be worth approximately $1.49 billion.
Recent activity includes the transfer of about 8.4 million TRUMP to OKX deposit addresses in September 2026, following a token unlock. Those tokens were valued at roughly $18 million at the time.
The token has seen a significant decline from its peak price of $73.43, currently trading around $2. Research indicates that inflows to exchanges and custodians have been notable throughout 2025 and 2026.
With the team holding a large portion of the supply, outside holders own a small share of the float. The team has not provided transparency regarding their trading intentions, forcing traders to monitor wallet movements through platforms like Arkham Intelligence and Ember Monitoring.
As the team has only sold 8.2% of the supply, further selling remains a possibility. With token unlocks scheduled to continue until late 2027, traders are watching for future transfers that could impact the token's market overhang.
